What happens after you place an order
1. PLACE AN ORDER
Simply select the service you require and place an order on our website. applelabz.com This will create an account for you, which will allow you to track your service progress. You can also just pop down to our reception and we will help you place the iPhone repair order here.
2. DELIVER YOUR IPHONE
You can either deliver your iPhone to us yourself, use any courier service or select the option for us to arrange a collection straight from your doorstep. If your iPhone will be shipped please package it safely and include your reference number with it.
3. WE EVALUATE
Once your iPhone arrives our awesome techs will diagnose all the problems with it and confirm whether service ordered suits the type of problem with your phone. If you ordered evaluation service only, we will provide you with an iPhone repair quote.
4. WE REPAIR
Once all confirmations are out of the way, the order is transferred to our engineering department queue for repair service, where next available engineer carries out all the necessary part replacements and repairs your iPhone needs to get it back to life.
5. WE TEST
All iPhones repaired at apple lab centre undergo rigorous soak test to ensure they are leaving our premises in a fully working order, as we do provide a 3 months warranty with every single service order to keep your mind at ease.
6. COLLECT OR WE DELIVER
After everything repaired, tested and paid for, we will notify you via email and text message to your mobile that your iPhone is ready to be collected or simply deliver back it to you via our overnight tracked courier service.
