Managing your Account

There are two ways to register with the ClickBD website. 1) You can use your facebook account to register. 2) You will need an email address and a mobile no. to register. The email address and mobile number has to be unique to the account and cannot be replaced once the account is created.
The site will fail to register if your email address or mobile number already exists under a different user account.
There is no fee for registration.
Try a different email address or mobile no. If you're still having trouble signing up, you can call our customer support team on 0174-220-5300
If you've forgotten your password, go to login on the homepage. Among the options there click on 'Already have a ClickBD account?' There, right next to the 'sign in' option you'll see the 'trouble signing in' highlighted in blue. It'll ask you for your email address. Fill in the details and click submit and a set of password recovery/reset information will be sent out to your email account. The message is sent out instantly, so you'll have the information available to you in no time. If the mail fails to show up on the inbox, please check the junk/ spam folder.
You can update your details using the account settings option under classified section. All details can be modified or altered except the email address and mobile no.
Your account can be blocked or barred, if you've violated any of the ClickBD rules and regulations. You'll need to call our customer support team to resolve the problem.
